Sir,
We have the honour to state that our annual examination is over./has ended.So we are willing/interested to go to/on a study tour/for excursion.We have discussed/talked about this tour with our physical teacher.We have decided/made a plan to go to X(Place).The place is historically important to us.We are extremely tired/exhausted of our toneless/dull,monotonous/humdrum classes.We hope that this tour will enhance/enrich our knowledge and revive/refresh us to prepare for the next year.But it is almost/quite impossible to go on a tour without your help/co-operation and financial support.
I,therefore,pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give us permission for the study tour and oblige thereby.
