Dear X,
From your last email/letter,I came to know that you have failed in English.And you asked/told me to give you some instructions/ways about how to improve in English.Now I'm telling/describing you about it.
Listen,as a foreign language, English may seem/be difficult,but not impossible to improve/do well in English.At first you have to enrich/develop your vocabulary stock by learning some new words every day.You can also listen to english news on Televisions like BTV,BBC and CNN etc.Then you should read English newspapers daily and you should note down/write down difficult words,terms with their meanings.After that you have to understand the rules and structures of english grammar.Don't memorize/cram anything without understanding.Finally you have to apply them in listening,reading,writing and speaking.I hope that if you follow these instructions properly,you'll surely be able to improve/do well in english.
