Sub:Prayer for increasing common room facilities.
Sir,
We have the honour to state that the number of students of our school has increased considerably this year but our common room is not spacious and well furnished.It doesn't provide us much scope associated with enjoyment and entertainment.We cannot enjoy our off periods for want of indoor sports materials for instance carom,chess,table tennis etc.There are some old fans which are not functioning properly.There is no arrangement of keeping newspapers,magazines,periodicals etc
We,therefore,pray and hope that you would be kind enough to increase these facilities and oblige thereby
